1. What we collect
On signup: email address, name (if provided), Google account identifier (for OAuth).
During use: data about added sites (domains, search queries, regions), dashboard activity, technical metadata (IP, browser, visit time).
On payment: data is passed directly to the payment provider; we do not store full card details.
2. Purposes
Providing Service functionality per your plan.
Identification, account management, billing.
Transactional emails (signup, receipts, position alerts, subscription expiry).
Aggregated, anonymized analytics for product improvement.
3. Third parties
Payment provider — for processing payments.
Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter — anonymized queries for AI features (intent classification, clustering, brief generation). No user emails or payment data are sent to these providers.
Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection (processes request metadata).
Resend — transactional emails.
No personal data is sold or shared for third-party marketing.
4. Storage and protection
Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation (Hostkey).
Encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+) and access controls at the infrastructure level.
Retention: active account data — for the duration of Service use. After deletion — removed within 30 days, except records required by law (e.g. tax records — 5 years).
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for session and language preference.
Analytics via Yandex.Metrika and (optionally) Google Analytics, which may set their own cookies.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of processing. You can withdraw consent at any time via email.
Account deletion — via account settings or email request, within 7 business days.
7. Policy changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes are communicated by email and/or a site banner at least 7 days in advance.
