Terms of Service

This document is a public offer by the service provider (the «Provider») whose details are listed below, addressed to an unlimited number of natural and legal persons (the «User»). Acceptance is registration on https://semantic-core.ru and/or payment of a subscription.

By accepting, the User confirms they have read and agreed to these terms in full.

The Provider grants the User access to the functionality of Semantic Core for collecting, processing, clustering search queries and tracking site positions in search engines (the «Service»).

The Service is delivered remotely via the Service interface. No physical goods are delivered.

Prices are published at https://semantic-core.ru/pricing and form an integral part of these Terms. The Provider may change prices; new prices apply from the publication date and do not retroactively affect paid periods.

Payments are made via the integrated payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the paid period until cancelled by the User.

The Service is considered delivered when plan features are unlocked after successful payment.

The Provider commits to operate the Service in a 24/7 mode with reasonable maintenance windows. No absolute uptime guarantee is given; the Provider is not liable for downtime caused by third parties or force majeure.

The User commits to use the Service in compliance with applicable law, not to violate third-party rights, not to bypass technical limits, not to share account access, and not to use the Service for automated scraping, spam or other abusive purposes.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access in case of violation, with notice via email.

Full refund within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked.

After 14 days — prorated refund for the unused period of the current subscription.

Refund requests are sent to the Provider's email. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The Service is provided «as is». The Provider is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or other indirect damages of the User.

Total liability of the Provider to the User is limited to the amount actually paid for the last paid subscription period.

Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy at https://semantic-core.ru/privacy.

By signing up, the User consents to data processing as described there.

The Provider may amend these Terms. The current version is published at https://semantic-core.ru/terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; otherwise per applicable law.
